The Vehicle Service Recovery membership provides roadside assistance, vehicle recovery, and travel-related benefits to members within the United States and Canada. It includes a 24-hour emergency road service hotline for connecting members with local towing providers in case of vehicle breakdowns. Additionally, the membership offers a vehicle identification and recovery system to help locate stolen or abandoned vehicles, with towing coverage up to 100 miles. Members also receive theft protection benefits, including a $1,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of a thief and up to $500 in emergency transportation reimbursement if their vehicle is stolen or disabled far from home. The plan also includes access to discounted travel accommodations and rental services, making it a comprehensive support system for vehicle owners.

Vehicle Recovery Program

This program offers flexibility, allowing your agency to set pricing while providing an essential service. It is also available as an add-on for liability-only coverage, ensuring customers aren’t left with unexpected expenses when retrieving their recovered vehicle.

If a stolen vehicle is recovered more than 100 miles from the owner’s primary residence, we arrange and cover the towing costs to bring it home. If the vehicle is found locally, we promptly notify the owner of its location, helping them avoid excessive storage fees – potentially saving them hundreds of dollars.

Theft Reward

Members will receive theft protection benefits, including a $1,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of a thief.
