When a member's vehicle becomes disabled, AUTO HELP LINE will dispatch one of its service trucks. Simply sign for the service after it is rendered.
MECHANICAL FIRST AID:
AUTO HELP LINE's service vehicles will provide any emergency services requiring minor mechanical adjustments (exclusive of parts) on the road to enable the disabled vehicle to proceed under its own power.
EMERGENCY TIRE SERVICE:
Wherever you have a flat or damaged tire of any kind for any reason whatsoever, AUTO HELP LINE's service technicians will change the inflated spare from mount to wheel.
BATTERY ASSISTANCE:
AUTO HELP LINE's service vehicles are all equipped to boost batteries and can perform minor adjustments to batteries, starters, alternators, etc. on the road.
EMERGENCY GASOLINE DELIVERY:
AUTO HELP LINE's service vehicles will deliver an emergency supply of gas, oil, water or any supplies as may be available. Cost of materials delivered shall be paid by member. If local insurance regulations prohibit the delivery of flammable materials (gas), then an AUTO HELP LINE service vehicle will tow your car to the nearest gas station within the limits of your towing coverage.
TOWING SERVICE:
When a vehicle cannot be started or driven, it will be towed to a destination of your choice by one of AUTO HELP LINE's authorized tow trucks.
EMERGENCY LOCK-OUT SERVICE:
If your keys are locked inside a vehicle, simply call AUTO HELP LINE and they will dispatch a locksmith or emergency service vehicle to assist you.
AUTO ACCIDENT TOWING:
In the event of a reportable accident, you are entitled to towing service supplied by an authorized AUTO HELP LINE facility.
DWI SERVICE:
In the event member becomes intoxicated in an establishment licensed to serve alcohol, member or establishment manager can call AUTO HELP LINE and they will dispatch or authorize member to use local taxi service for a ride to his/her residence. Member is covered up to $10.00 per ride, not to exceed 2 calls per contract period.
AUTO RECOVERY AND THEFT REWARD SERVICE:
Member receives a decal for his car that contains 24 hour number for passerby to call when they spot member's stolen and abandoned vehicle. AUTO HELP LINE will then call member with location of car. AUTO HELP LINE will pay a person (excluding member's family or relatives) $1,000.00 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of a thief who stole member's vehicle.
MAPPING SERVICE:
AUTO HELP LINE plans your trip in detail. You receive a motor guide individually prepared for you, special maps, and other necessary trip information and materials.
WORLD-WIDE TRAVEL SERVICE:
AUTO HELP LINE plans any trip you wish to make by land, sea or air. Arrangements are made for all reservations, transportation, accommodations, car rentals, etc.
